Duties: Analysis of current and future system for the new functionalities, identify existing
roadblocks and constraints and evaluate the current content platform for Business Process
improvement; Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Business Requirement, Solution
Requirement, Use Case Document and other project related documentation; Facilitate in the
various meeting including weekly review with key stakeholders, clarification meeting, defect
triage, demo meetings, technical review meetings and stand up meetings; Prepare Dashboard
(wireframes) and prototype and validate designs with business team; Prepare Test Cases and Test
Scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Unit testing, Module testing, System testing and
capture core user experience and IT Functional Requirements; Participate in Troubleshooting
and Application Support; Prepare training materials and facilitate train the trainer sessions.
Requires: Master’s degree in Technology Management or related and 3 years of experience with
IT Services. 1 year of experience working in the travel industry. Any amount of experience in the
following: Conducting GAP analysis, Risk Analysis, mitigation plan, ROI and Cost benefit
analysis; Documenting Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirement
Document (FRD), Use Case Document, Project Plan and Status Report; Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and
deployment; Management scenarios including change control, quality assurance, defect tracking,
system integration, scheduling, time and release management; Tracking and managing the
requirements using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), manage software configuration
using Clear Case and track bug using ClearQuest; Designing business models through UML
diagrams, use case, prototypes and wireframe using MS Visio, Rational Rose and Balsamiq;
Data collection and data analysis using SQL scripts and relational database management systems
(Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server); HP ALM, JIRA and Bugzilla for test management and defect
tracking including User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Systems implementation projects (i.e.
requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue
identification and resolution); Installation and configuration of Windows Servers, Operating
Systems, Networking, Security, Cloud and VoIP technology; Troubleshooting application
services, database API, system configuration and recovery; Working with third party integration
tools including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Cisco IP Telephony and Call Accounting Mate and JIRA.
Requires knowledge of Waterfall, RUP and Agile (SCRUM and XP) methodologies. Requires
travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
