Analyze system by reviewing business processes and functionalities. Analyze metadata of historical documents. Analyze and document manual processes performed to identify pain points where process can be automated in OnBase. Analyze estimates of work from technical team. Document list of users and departments and analyze user access. Triage bugs and issues. Develop business requirements, solution requirements. Generate documentation for lift and shift of historical documents. Create user stories with acceptance criteria and tasks. Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to walk through and document current state, future state, use cases, business and functional requirements, Store, Index & Retrieve (SIR) documents, and mapping documents. Finalize business requirements. Utilize Blueprint and Team Foundation Server to create business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, and user stories. Work with Solution Architects and Core Project Team to create solution design and establish requirements. Create conceptual architecture diagrams, logical design diagrams, workflows and sequence diagrams. Document requests from stakeholders for enhancements to leverage full functionality of OnBase. Create and update SharePoint and Blueprint project repositories to manage documents. Facilitate sprint meetings, requirement gathering sessions, design discussions and design checkpoint meetings. Check and test for proper functionality for buttons, ad hoc tasks, and workflows, and document items. Document users/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to be picked for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all departments, job roles and locations are included.
