Job Description – Conduct legal research to ensure the internal compliance of Consultadd’s functioning with the relevant laws to develop risk mitigation programs.
Provide practical and wide-ranging risk analysis and advice on a variety of legal issues of Consultadd. Evaluate findings and explore legal strategies for the company’s business compliance and development.
Coordinate professionally with HR, Manager team, and outside counsel to enforce company’s procedures and policies.
Review employment/labor-related legal issues during the whole process of recruitment. Assist with contracts and legal documents maintenance. Keep abreast of legal trends and industry knowledge. Research and interpret up-to-date laws, rulings, and regulations related to the industry.
Communicate with U.S. Government agencies concerning legal questions and management and procedural requirements.
2+ years of experience in a related position utilizing data analysis tools and techniques or metrics research in a corporate environment, with exposure to process improvement, operations/methods analysis.
JD or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Law
In-House Legal department or Law Firm experience a plus.
