Dream big to achieve big is precisely quoted by a genius. The story you are gonna read ahead is of a small-town boy who made his dreams a priority and was determined to fulfill them. Born in Mukkapadu, Andhra Pradesh, India, I am an easy-going person and have always had a positive attitude towards life.

I did my schooling at a local school in my hometown and went to Sagi Ramakrishna Engineering College, Bhimavaram to pursue a bachelor’s in computer science. Talking about my hobbies I am a die-hard cricket fan and would certainly do anything to get an autograph of the Indian cricket team captain.

Even after following an optimistic approach towards life and being diligent towards my work, nothing came as handy as I expected. The journey from Mukkapadu to the USA was full of difficult challenges. But something that this journey taught me was that whatever happens happens for good and the best part about it was landing a job in the desired company as a software developer.

I look back and realize grabbing the opportunity to pursue my master’s in the United States has been transformative. It certainly has turned my life upside down. Though nothing comes easy, I’ve hustled every day to become a better version of myself. I always wanted to become a software engineer. I’ve followed my curiosity to learn, acquire a skill to finally land where I am today. I am grateful for my journey till now and hopeful for what’s coming in the future.

I believe in order to achieve your goals, one has to realize how far he has come from where he started. It motivates me to keep going forward with a lot more intensity and work towards my ambition.

Being cheerful and buoyant in life is certainly what Siva Ramakrishna Jajula believes. Working as a Software Engineer at Southwest Airlines boosts his confidence and encourages him to work hard for his aspirations. His positivity and zeal will certainly take him ahead in life.
