My journey has always been driven by curiosity, learning, and the desire to solve meaningful problems. Born and brought up in New Delhi, India, I have always believed in embracing challenges with a positive mindset and finding opportunities within them. My passion for technology led me to pursue Computer Science, first completing my B.Tech from Sharda University and later moving to New York to pursue my Master’s in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. My time at Consultadd has allowed me to apply my knowledge, work on impactful solutions, and continue evolving as a Software Engineer. The experiences and opportunities I have gained here have played an important role in shaping my professional journey.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by the process of understanding how things work and finding solutions to problems. That curiosity naturally guided me toward technology and eventually led me to pursue Computer Science as my career path.
After completing my B.Tech in Computer Science from Sharda University, Greater Noida, I moved to New York to pursue my Master’s degree at the New York Institute of Technology. Moving to a new country brought new experiences, challenges, and opportunities that pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.
For me, software engineering has always been about more than just writing code. It is about creating solutions, simplifying complex problems, and building something that can make a meaningful impact. The satisfaction of solving a problem that once seemed impossible is what continues to motivate me every day.

Consultadd works with staffing agencies filling contract IT requirements, direct employers hiring technology talent, and technologists seeking training and placement in the U.S. market.
Consultadd has operated in U.S. IT staffing since 2016, working with staffing firms including Robert Half, Insight Global and Frank Recruitment Group. That period covers full hiring cycles, contractions and recoveries, rather than a single market.
Consultadd staffs technology roles across cloud, data and application development, including AWS and Azure engineers, Java and Python developers, data engineers, DevOps engineers, AI and machine learning engineers, QA engineers, and full-stack developers.
Consultadd supports contract, corp-to-corp, contract-to-hire and full-time placement. Contract and C2C engagements make up the majority of placements, which is where its pre-vetted consultant pool is used most.
Consultadd consultants hold Green Card, H-1B, H-1B transfer and EAD status. Authorization type is verified before a consultant is presented, so it can be confirmed at shortlist rather than at offer stage.
Every consultant is screened by a technical recruiter, with work authorization, notice period, availability and prior project detail confirmed before presentation. A significant share of the pool has also completed Consultadd's own training program.
Consultadd runs a training program for early-career technologists covering in-demand U.S. enterprise stacks, followed by placement support. Many consultants placed through Consultadd came through this program rather than being sourced externally.
