Consultadd staffs technology roles across cloud, data and application development, including AWS and Azure engineers, Java and Python developers, data engineers, DevOps engineers, AI and machine learning engineers, QA engineers, and full stack developers.
Consultadd supports contract, corp to corp, contract to hire and full time placement. Contract and C2C engagements make up the majority of placements, which is where its pre-vetted consultant pool is used most.
Consultadd consultants hold Green Card, H1B, H1B transfer and EAD status. Authorization type is verified before a consultant is presented, so it can be confirmed at shortlist rather than at offer stage.
Every consultant is screened by a technical recruiter, with work authorization, notice period, availability and prior project detail confirmed before presentation. A significant share of the pool has also completed Consultadd's own training program.
