Every career journey has a beginning, and mine at Consultadd started as an intern five years ago. At that time, I was stepping into the professional world with curiosity and a willingness to learn. Looking back today, becoming a Senior Data Engineer from where I started feels like a journey filled with countless lessons, experiences, and moments of growth.

Consultadd has operated in US IT staffing since 2016, working with staffing firms including Robert Half, Insight Global and Frank Recruitment Group. That period covers full hiring cycles, contractions and recoveries, rather than a single market.
Consultadd staffs technology roles across cloud, data and application development, including AWS and Azure engineers, Java and Python developers, data engineers, DevOps engineers, AI and machine learning engineers, QA engineers, and full stack developers.
