My journey with Consultadd began in 2016 when I joined as a marketer, eager to grow professionally in a dynamic environment. Over the years, I've witnessed not just my own growth but also the remarkable evolution of Consultadd. In 2020, I took on the role of Scrum Master, a pivotal shift in my career. Leading a remote team during the pandemic came with its own set of challenges, but with perseverance and teamwork, we were recognized as the "Best Team of the Year" in 2021—a proud moment for all of us.

Like many, my dream of moving to the US came with its ups and downs. After an unsuccessful H1B application, life took a beautiful turn when I got married. In 2023, I rejoined Consultadd on a dependent visa, marking a new chapter in both my personal and professional life. Adjusting to the cultural differences in the US wasn’t without its challenges. Simple things like understanding accents or adapting to different food preferences took time, but these experiences have helped me grow in ways I hadn’t expected.

Consultadd has been more than just a workplace for me; it has been a place of immense learning, growth, and opportunities. From my early days to leading teams as a Scrum Master, the exposure I’ve gained has been invaluable. I’ve had the chance to work with talented individuals and grow alongside them.
